Mission Statement:

Born and raised in Nebraska, Ashley’s love for music and dance has inspired her to live her dream as a professional performer, choreographer, and dance instructor. She began dancing at the age of three and discovered her passion for clogging at seven. As a competitive clogger, she has earned multiple national individual and duo titles while competing across the United States.

Ashley earned her Associate of Arts degree in Dance from Butler Community College in El Dorado, KS, where she performed with the prestigious Headliner Showchoir under the direction of Valerie Mack. Her training includes ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz, clogging, modern, and musical theatre.

With over 14 years of teaching experience, Ashley has worked with students of all ages from toddlers to seniors, directing numerous award-winning teams, earning multiple choreography awards, and sharing her expertise as a competition judge.

Her professional performance career spans nine years, including roles as a singer, dancer, and dance captain at Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, MO, and as a clogger, dancer, and specialty performer at Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show in Pigeon Forge, TN. She also served as Dance Captain at The Comedy Barn Theater in Pigeon Forge, TN.

Ashley is now proudly leading Tempo Performing Arts Studio into its 6th season. Under her direction, Tempo dancers have earned many national titles and numerous choreography awards. Backed by a talented team of instructors, Ashley is committed to providing a welcoming, challenging, and uplifting environment where every dancer can grow, shine, and love the art of dance.
